Operator

LandPay is a land payment management platform operated by Digitaldocdot Limited, a company registered in Uganda (Reg. No. 80047949396499), registered address Nakasero III, William Street, Kampala Central Division, Kampala, P.O. Box 215265 Kampala GPO.

Use of the Platform

LandPay is provided to organizations for managing land sales, buyer records, payment schedules, and related communications. Access is granted per organization, and each organization is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters and for how it uses the platform to manage its own clients.

Account Responsibility

Organizations and their users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for the accuracy of buyer, payment, and plot records entered into the platform.

Payment Reminders

Organizations may use LandPay to send payment reminders to buyers via email and WhatsApp, using contact details the organization has provided for that buyer.

Service Availability

LandPay is provided on an as-is basis. We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of LandPay after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
