Overview

LandPay is a land payment management platform operated by Digitaldocdot Limited, a company registered in Uganda (Reg. No. 80047949396499), registered address Nakasero III, William Street, Kampala Central Division, Kampala, P.O. Box 215265 Kampala GPO. We collect and process data necessary to manage land sales, buyer records, and payment schedules on behalf of our clients.

Data We Collect

• Account information (name, email, phone number)
• Buyer records (name, phone, address, NIN)
• Payment and transaction data
• Uploaded documents (agreements, titles)
• WhatsApp phone numbers for payment reminders

How We Use Data

• Managing land sales and payment schedules
• Sending payment reminders via email and WhatsApp
• Generating reports for organization owners
• System administration and support

Data Storage

Data is stored securely on NeonDB (PostgreSQL) and Vercel infrastructure. Documents are stored encrypted in the database. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

WhatsApp Messaging

We use the WhatsApp Business API to send payment reminders to buyers who have provided their WhatsApp number. Messages are sent only for payment-related notifications. Buyers can request to stop receiving WhatsApp messages by contacting their organization.

Data Deletion

Organization owners can delete buyer records and associated data through the platform. To request complete account deletion, contact us at info@digitaldoc.online.
